MUGGLE STUDIES

Hidden Powers (of Non-Magic People)

“We do not need Magic to transform our world. We carry all of the power we need inside ourselves already.” – J.K. Rowling

{ SHOWROOM }

Hello students! Welcome to the Showroom. Whether raised in a non-magical household or never having encountered Muggles in your life, each of us consciously or otherwise has grown up deeply connected to (and together by) a higher creative force.

Just as Muggles have never fully experienced Being with Magic, it is similarly impossible for any of us to entirely appreciate what it’s like Being without. This is the adventure we embark upon: to look within, making-believe ourselves in unfamiliar shoes.

Rather than examining technologies which allow these people to live outside a relationship with such an important part of our everyday lives, this class explores a notion that wonders if perhaps because of their separation, Muggles are in some ways living even closer to the source of power. Contributing to many unique qualities these courageous individuals provide for the entire universe on a subtle, yet extremely profound level toward the developmental growth of our great and exhilarating cosmos. Indeed, of Magic itself!

** This class is designed to be a subjective learning environment with a primary focus on written/essay style mindful self discovery. Modules we’ll be working with are based on energies from the first four chakras over Part I, including Powers of Faith, Hope, Courage, and Love, then the upper chakras over Part II, including Powers of Peace, Wisdom, Understanding, and Familiarity. Because we won’t be utilizing objective exercises and testing, you’re welcome to retake this class as many times as you like provided you don’t repeat your work. **

A passing amount of work from ‘Part I MUST be completed prior to inclusion in the second half of these modules. The following people are currently eligible to take ‘MS:HP II at any time: Aurelia West, Brianna Caedmon, Caius Magnusson, Carrie Warts, Emerald Wolvenhowl, Erika Clough, February Fortescue, Iverian Gnash, Janne Halla, Katherine Laurier, Prof. Kendra Givens, Louis Walles, Prof. Maxim Trevelyan, Selenophilia Moon, Silvana Mandeville, Prof. Tarma Amelia Black, and Prof. Will Lestrange.

Cheers to Emerald Wolvenhowl, February Fortescue, Janne Halla, Katherine Laurier, Prof. Kendra Givens, Louis Walles, Prof. Maxim Trevelyan, Prof. Tarma Amelia Black, and Prof. Will Lestrange for completing MS:HP I & II!
